One-time forming cold bending machine

In the production of cold-formed profiles, certain applications require secondary processing such as punching and notching on the finished material, for example, products like guardrails and frames. By combining automation technology with cold bending technology, we can achieve direct online production of finished products. The image below shows the product that the customer actually needs.

The traditional production process first involves forming and cutting, followed by offline secondary punching, one notching, and one end stamping. In our system, a servo motor is used as the forming machine drive, with pre-punching of the strip steel before entering the forming machine. An optical fiber sensor detects the edge of the hole, and the servo motor accurately positions it with a positioning accuracy of ±0.2mm. Through the online integration of hydraulic punching machines, cutting machines, and stamping machines, this product can be completed in one go online.
